The PTA is a collective group of parents/guardians and others interested in supporting activities outside of the daily academic lessons led by teachers. We also support teachers directly with grants and other programs.
By volunteering, you are cultivating new friendships and connections, as well as helping extend the breadth and reach of activities and opportunities for our children!
Please consider helping with one of these volunteer opportunities:
Room Parent: Room Parents support teachers and community building activities. If interested, please sign-up HERE. This opportunity is open to BVL and FPP families, too!
Website Administrator: The HV PTA uses Wix to manage its website. Do you have experience updating websites, or are you interested in learning how? If so, we'd love some occasional help!
Enrichment Coordinator: This person coordinates and organizes after-school programs for students of all ages. We'd love someone to learn this role by shadowing the existing coordinator and be ready for the 2021-22 school year.
For questions, please email Summer at volunteercoordinator@happyvalleypta.com
*Volunteers need to complete a Background Check Application,
through BSD, if you will be chaperoning a field trip, onsite at the school or supporting school functions.
