Happy Valley Elementary PTA is hosting a FREE Book Fair for all 480 of its students in Spring 2024! The PTA is collecting donations of new and gently used children’s books for this event. The goal is for each student to be able to “shop” for up to 5 books to take home and keep. Over 35% of our families qualify for free or reduced lunch and we have students who are unhoused, in the foster care system, and living with food insecurity. The event will be FREE to students and families, helping to increase access to books in the home, inspire young readers, improve literacy, and build community at the school.
