Really, we should call it Girls on the Move, as we are playing games, running, walking, skipping and galloping through a fun, activity-based curriculum designed to help girls become their best selves.

Meeting for nine weeks in small teams, trained volunteer coaches inspire girls to build confidence and other important life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and physical activity.  Throughout the season, the girls make new friends, build their confidence and celebrate all that makes them unique. The program culminates with the girls being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5k running event.  Girls on the Run is NOT a competitive running program!!

Each mini-quest will have puzzles, battles, and unique challenges that your questers have never faced before. This is a chance for them to experience more of the world and roam other areas they may not have visited previously. At the end of this session, each quester will be presented with a reward that they can take with them to their next quest with their own characters in our longer programs.
