Easy Ways to Support the PTA
Why do we fundraise?
With an $11.4M budget shortfall, our district has had to make thoughtful but difficult choices. This has resulted in cuts to classroom resources, decreased teacher support, and reduction of enrichment funds, to name a few. Nearly 50% of our Happy Valley Elementary families are already navigating financial stress, and in 2024-25, Happy Valley families requested $12,647 in scholarships from our PTA. Our community’s support matters more than ever!
